Germany Section 81a Consultancy

Fast-Tracked Procedure

What is Germany 81A Work Visa?

Section 81a is an accelerated administrative procedure for skilled immigration to Germany, initiated by an employer with the applicant’s authorisation. It is not a separate visa category or an approval guarantee.

It is a fast-tracked procedure that employers in Germany use to employ qualified foreign workers. The employer communicates directly with the Immigration Office (Auslanderbehorde) in Germany to manage the processes.
