Frequently Asked Questions

Express Entry is Canada's point-based immigration system. CRS score is calculated based on age, education, language proficiency, and work experience. Those exceeding a certain point threshold receive permanent residence invitation.
A minimum of 67 points (FSW program) is required for Express Entry, but usually 450+ CRS points are needed to receive an invitation. Provincial nomination or job offer can significantly increase your score.
You can stay in Canada for up to 6 months with Visitor visa. During this time, you can do tourism, family visits, or business meetings, but you have no work or education rights.
PNP is Canadian provinces' own immigrant selection programs. Receiving provincial nomination adds 600 points to your Express Entry score and greatly increases your chances of receiving an invitation.
IELTS General Training for English, TEF/TCF exams for French are valid. Language score is critically important in Express Entry, CLB 7+ level is recommended.
